A Health Guardian is someone who takes responsibility for their own health or the health of those they care for. You may not be a very good at it, but you can be over time. You are your lifestyle; it’s a simple truth. Take a quick inventory of how you live: your behaviors, attitudes, and habits. Guess what you’d discover? Essentially, how you feel, is how you live. If you don’t feel as well as you’d like, it’s time to make some changes. The University of Houston suggested that people should take their Personal Health Inventory to determine where they can make improvements for better life and health.
