PATHOLOGY PREVENTION PHARMACY
Specialized products such as targeted herbal infusions and capsules, vitamin & mineral food supplements, home health equipment and forms, dried soups, and herbal capsules are offered in the pharmacy. However, currently, we only offer herbal infusions.
Whole-Body Protection® is offered as a foundation for good pathology prevention using medical infusions. It contains all of the system infusions listed below, but only one tea bag for each system. Female / Male Reproductive System support must be selected. This is a more economical approach to complete system support. Exercise, good nutrition, sleep, and a healthy lifestyle is highly recommended for this holistic approach.
The cardiovascular system is needed to circulate blood, nutrients, water, oxygen, and hormones, throughout the body, remove waste products, and contributes in pathology prevention. This system consists of the heart, blood vessels, and blood. The cardiovascular system is a critical component in pathology prevention, it is not something we can ignore if we want to have a long, healthy and active life.
The digestive system typically functions normally and maintains predictable results. However, pathogens, misuse, and injury can cause irregularity, poor function, uncomfortableness, severe pain, and even death. This system consists of the mouth, esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, small intestine, large intestine, and the anus.
The herbal traditions do not provide an abundance of information about the treatment of endocrine disorders. This should not be surprising, as our understanding of the functions of this important body system is a very recent development. When used skillfully within the context of an appropriate holistic approach, herbs can make a major contribution to treatment of endocrine disorders. However, the results achieved with herbs may not, at this time, adequately replace drug treatment.
The skin fulfils a number of important functions. As the interface between the body's internal structures and the environment, the skin serves as a protective coat for the body against mechanical injury and attack by bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites. The skin is also a major organ of elimination through the functions of sweating and sloughing off dead skin cells. Additionally, a number of immune responses occur in the skin.
The female reproductive system herbals consist of uterine tonics, emmenagogues, hormonal normalizers, uterine astringents, uterine demulcents, nervines and antispasmodics. To support a systems approach, we have let moderation guide its development. As such, you can expect preparatory actions, but only a few functional changes. This is how we support those trying to become pregnant, along with those who are not. We are strengthening the reproductive foundation. Specialty products will provide additional function modifications desired.
The immune system shields other organ systems from "foreign invaders," and even develops specific weapons to fight against some bacteria, viruses, or cancer cells. This system includes lymph nodes, the spleen, bone marrow, lymphocytes (including B-cells and T-cells), the thymus and leukocytes, (which are white blood cells). Pathology prevention activities are also a critical component of the immune system. However, some pathogens, physical abuse, and injury can render these defenses useless.
It is sad to say, but one of the best ways to make a buck in the herbal business is to market male reproductive enhancers. Our desire is to avoid all the hype, while delivering real support to the male reproductive system foundation, and avoid the wild performance enhancement claims. If your systems are not markedly impairing your lifestyle, and if recurrent, serious, or resistant infections or kidney damage is not present, then our conservative therapy can be adequate in a pathology effort over long periods of time using our systems approach.
Our skeleton, connective tissue, muscles, and joints give us our form and hold us together, enabling us to stand and to move. The health of these structures and the tissues that compose them does not depend only upon the use to which they are put. It also depends, to a large extent, on the inner environment: the state of our metabolism, diet, and lifestyle.
The nervous system organizes, explains, and directs interactions between you and the world around you. The nervous system is comprised of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. The secondary sensors are included in this system for completion such as your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and skin.
When we draw in a breath, we share that air with all other human beings and all other life on our planet. Through respiration, our oneness with trees becomes a manifest fact, and our communion with the oceans has immediate impact. This vision underlies holistic healing as much as it does ecology. The anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system is a complex and beautifl embodiment of integration and wholeness.
