How to include a PHYSICAL THERAPY PRACTICE in your Pathology Prevention plans.

Using procedures of physical therapy, the Health Guardian attempts to address illnesses, or injuries that limit a person's abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. The Health Guardian may use these practices as part as a holistic healing or treatment of conditions such as chronic or acute pain, soft tissue injuries, cartilage damage, arthritis, gait disorders and physical impairments typically of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, nervous and endocrine systems.

Physical Therapy management by the Health Guardian commonly includes assistance with specific exercises, manual therapy, manipulation, and massage. They may use mechanical equipment providing traction and specialized exercise support. Devices providing electrophysical modalities including heat, cold, electricity, and sound waves are commonly used. The Health Guardian improves physical functions through physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, physical intervention, rehabilitation and self-education.
