We all have different tastes and motivations for eating more healthy. What your purpose for better nutrition is, helps determine your selection of recipes. The Health Guardian must select proper recipes using agreed upon selection criteria as expressed in the strategic plan. It's not so important as to the specific recipes selected, as it is to use proven practices of using recipes to manage your nutritional health.
The recipe is also used to combine together in daily menus, shopping lists, pantry inventory, budgets, and the use in strategic health plans. Without the menu, the Health Guardian is crippled, and isn’t able to perform optimally.
